Storytelling Boot Camp for Business and Non-ProfitsAPRIL 7, from 5pm to 7pm at Antonelli Institute of Photography in Erdenheim, PA Do you need a story to tell in social situations, meetings, presentations or to share with the media? Are you trying to launch a product or develop your brand and need an enticing hook? Does your Mission Statement need an overhaul, or do you need to wrap a story around your elevator speech? In this workshop, story and speech coach Barbara Sherf will help you tap into your personal and professional stories. Through writing, improv and pitching exercises, participants will develop their stories to bring back to the office, pulpit or cocktail party. We'll also delve into the specific uses of storytelling in business for public relations and presentations. By the end of the workshop, each participant will have two solid stories to take away and a deeper understanding of the role of storytelling in business.
