With a degree in print journalism, Barb Sherf served as a print and broadcast journalist for over a decade.  She cut her teeth at WBCB in Buck County, PA and Action News in Philadelphia during college.  Upon graduation she went on to WCBA in Corning, New York and moved down to WAEB in the Lehigh Valley, receiving four awards from the Associated Press for multi-part series she produced and reported on.  She then went worked at the Times Herald daily newspaper and WHYY public radio in Philadelphia and has written on a freelance basis for the Chestnut Hill Local since 1990 and Life on the Hill magazine since 2009.  Barb has written two books and thousands of articles, brochures, case studies and more.
